1. Recently Berleen and I discovered the allure of the Twilight series. Have you ever been sucked in to the latest "thing"? (Like Harry Potter, the movie Titanic, social networking, etc. etc. etc.)
- Yep. She's hooked as bad as I am. Only she's farther ahead of me. By 2 books. Damn her. So yeah, I was sucked into Twilight. Before that? No real "craze" type thing - I always went after my own obsessions. Ever read Clan of the Cave Bear? Now thats a series to get hooked on... it's the Earth Children's series if you wanna look it up. The last book is being written now. Still waiting on it.

- Not really. Is that sad? I'm most comfortable in a tank top & undies. I guess I like to be covered. Maybe I just feel sexier in that than I do my own skin. I don't know. Strange question.
- Fish. Yes, I am a fishergirl. It's a sickness.

- Probably 7 or 8 years ago. It was to one of my aunts that I used to write letters to all the time. They've both passed away so the letters stopped.

Love your movie quotes. I loved all four of the Lethal Weapon films. But after Mel got drunk and revealed more than we need to know I stopped watching him. I gotta get over it. He's a great actor...
Kimber - hell no I ain't going out on that skywalk! I'd throw up all over it. Why they built that thing is beyond me.
Bud - yes, get over it. He's coming out with a new movie. Don't miss it. It's Mel, afterall.
I love the Earth's Children series, and re-read the entire set at least once a year. Sad. Very upset she's taking so long to write the last damned book.
I just watched An Officer & A Gentleman for the first time last week. Interesting movie.
Amber - she took over 10 years between the last book and the one before that!
I know where that first quote is from, even though I haven't actually seen the film you refuse to name =P Also, Lethal Weapon is awesome.

I loved "The Clan of The Cave Bear" books also, however I liked the first one best. Jean Auel, the author had a pretty major stroke right after the 4th book and has had an awful time trying to come back from it thats why her books are so slow coming out. I am really suprised that shes still writing.

Thank you for reassuring me about the Bella character being better in the books than in the movie. i wonder if i'll get around to reading them before the craze is completely dead and gone.
