Manic Monday

If you were at a friend’s house for a holiday dinner and you found a dead cockroach in your salad, what would you do? Say "I just found a dead cockroach in my salad" and probably stop eating right then and there.

If you could put anyone you know on Prozac, who would you choose? I don't wanna put anyone on that... I was on that years ago and I slept 20 hours a day. My shrink called it my "princess drug"... yeah, sleeping beauty. I just have a thing against Prozac.

How do you feel about public displays of affection? I think it's sweet. I love to see couples, especially those who have been married for decades, holding hands and stealing kisses. Make-out sessions on park benches leave a bad taste in my mouth, but affection? I think of affection as showing someone you love them... hugs, kisses, holding hands... and there's nothing wrong with that. The world needs more PDA's.

I was on prozac for awhile and did pretty good on it but the doc switched me to Zoloft and I did even better. Now I dont take anything :(

I am very sensitive to medication... I wish I wasn't, but I am. DayQuil puts me out like a light. I've had to learn how to deal with depression and anxiety attacks without meds. It was hard and it took years, but now I can usually stop an anxiety attack before it goes full-force. Obviously, some of it is just avoiding things that trigger it (large crowds, driving where I'm not comfortable, etc) but overall I've learned to live med-free... but not by choice.

I'd freak if I found a cockroach in my salad!

I played too :)

Prozac worked great for me until it didn't. My doctor said it was normal for Prozac to just stop working. Yay. Now I'm on nothing, and know I need something, but don't know what!

I don't think I could tell a friend there was a cockroach in my salad if I were a guest at their house. I'd hate to embarrass them! It would be a very stressful and awkward situation for me.

I agree with your PDA answer
