It's sort of ironic that I thought of this this morning, Independence Day, but I was curious on how long it had been since I quit smoking. I'm coming up on the 6th month mark. Wow. 6 months without smoking. I really can't believe I did it.
I still stand by Chantix for helping me through it. I know I wouldn't have quit if I hadn't taken it.

Yep... 20lbs I gained. It's not a huge deal.. I am in no hurry to lose it!
