I guess memes are still alive and strong! Found my favorite one!!!! So here's to the game again... I'm in!

1. Would you rather go into the past and meet your ancestors or go into the future and meet your great-great grandchildren?  Past. Simple answer. There's a certain great-great grandmother that rumor has it was an indian, but my research shows nothing. Either they lied in the census records or the rumors are false. But how can my dad's memory of an old blind indian woman in a rocking chair be false? I'd meet her... and find out where she comes from.

2. Would you rather have more time or more money? Time. More time to ride.

3. Would you rather have a rewind button or a pause button on your life? Rewind. Go back to when my girls were little. Damn, how much I wish I could do that. Just let me do it again... and this time I wouldn't let time go so fast.

1. How did you come up with your blog title OR what does it mean?

Because of Demon #1 & #2, I live in a padded room world and most days I need a straitjacket... it's the world called parenting.

2. What are your general goals for blogging?

We are supposed to have goals in all of this?

3. Do people “in your real life” know that you blog and do they comment on your blog OR is it largely anonymous?

I have a few IRL people that read. And most of the people that have commented, I've become "online friends" with through blogging. But, then of course, there are those few people who think they read anonymously, but I know they are watching.

How often do you post (x per week)?

Depends on my mood, if I have something to blog about and/or if the memes are interesting. 3-5 times I suppose.

4. How often do you read other blogs (x per week)?

I try to read them everyday... or as often as they post.

5. How do you select blogs to read (do you prefer blogs that focus on certain topics or do you choose by tone or…?)

if they keep my attention. Simple as that. I tend to be turned off real quick of the ones who are constantly running contests. I don't get that.

6. Do you have any plans to copy your blog entries in any other format, 0r do you think that one day, you’ll just delete it all?

I'll just one day decide thats enough, and poof, I'll disappear and take the posts with me.

7. What are the things you like best about blogging?

the people I meet through it.

8. What are the things you don’t like about blogging?

People who visit religiously but don't leave comments. How hard is it to leave a comment? I love memes, but I have issues with those who just do the meme, leave their link on the meme site and then don't go visit other blogs.

9. How do you handle comments?

Handle them? I read them... sometimes respond if it's worth responding to.

10. Do you have any burning thoughts to share on blog etiquette?

I guess it goes back to the meme commenting. Take the time to comment.
And take the fricken music off your blog. First of all... it slows the page down. Second of all - how do you know I'll even like the song? Thats as bad as people who use those answering tones... you never hear the song anyway, only your callers do and newsflash for you - not everyone likes your kind of music.

11. Any desired blog features?

To blog for me when I have nothing interesting to blog about.

12. Have you suffered blog addiction?

when I first read this I thought it said "accident". Silly me. No, I have no addiction. Yet.

1. What is your favorite sit-down restaurant? TGIFridays. Nobody can beat their steaks. Dont' tell me someone's is better... don't crush my spirit.
2. What food could you eat for 2 weeks straight and not get sick of it? Oh come on, seriously people, do we not know the answer to this already? Ok, I'll skip the pbcups and go for some real food. Pork Chops & mashed tatos smothered in butter & peas. Thats a meal fit for a queen.
And, of course, a peanut butter shake for dessert.
3. Have you ever had anything removed from your body? Just some ex-boyfriends I didn't want anymore. Oh.. and on 2 different occasions, an alien life force that was taking residence in my belly. The first one would try to birth itself out of my belly button every now and then, but I'd poke it and it would stop.
4. What is the last heavy item you lifted? The kitchen table. I didn't really lift it, but it's good enough for this answer. I hand scrubbed the area rug under it.
5. Have you ever been knocked unconscious? Yep. Stupid deer. We (one of the ex's I've had removed) hit a deer while on a motorcycle. It wasn't pretty. I have no idea how long I was out though. I think I came to in the ambulance, but I'm not sure if that was the 1st time or not.
6. If it were possible, would you want to know the day you were going to die? No. One more thing to cause a fricken anxiety attack? No thank you.
7. If you could change your name, what would you change it to? Alya or Beth, since I didn't name my girls that. Or maybe Isabella - thats my mom's middle name.
8. What’s your goal for the year? To double what I made last year in my shops. That would throw me over what my husband makes :) He's not one of those that would mind, but I would just love to hear that I make more money than my husband!
9. Last person you hugged? Krissy-Bear (aka Demon #2). She's a hugging fool.
10. First place you went this morning? First I went to the hanger-thing behind the door to get my robe. Then I went back to the bed because my slippers were next to it, then I went to the back door to let the dogs out.... .am I supposed to be answering these questions after I actually do something amazing?
11. Do you always answer your phone? No.
12. It’s four in the morning and you get a text message, who is it? A ghost. I have texting blocked.
13. If you could change your eye color what would it be? Ice blue. My husband has a weakness for blonde haired, blue eyed women. (anyone notice I'm a brown eyed brunette? Figure that one out) I can do the blonde, but I can't do the eyes. My eyes are too dark brown to change with contacts.
14. What’s on your wish list for your birthday? A new camera lens
15. Does the future make you more nervous or excited? Everything makes me nervous
16. Do you have any saved texts? Dude, weren't you paying attention?
17. Ever been in a car wreck? Not really a car wreck. We totalled that bike when we hit there deer though.

19. What was the last song to make you cry? When they played Hurt at the end of that 2 hour biography I watched on Johnny Cash last week. And then they had his daughter telling about when she first saw the video and she told her dad that it was depressing and sounded like he was going to die and that he was saying goodbye... and he smiled and said "I am". Dammit Johnny.
20. What did you do last night? Watched a horror flick that had Lindsay Lohan in it... she's actually really good at screaming.
21. Have you ever felt like you hit rock bottom? I think I did hit it once.

1. where is your significant other? As in right this moment? He's upstairs on his computer.

2. your favorite thing? this is quite the question... I have many favorite things, but which is the right answer? The most logical would be the demons, but most days they aren't my favorite things because... well... they are teenagers. I could say all my critters and that would probably most logical, but there again... are they a 'thing'? Peanut Butter Cups are my favorite candy... I have a certain chair that is my favorite... I have a pillow that is my favorite... I think you need to be just a tad more specific on this one.

3. your dream last night? I was shopping at Hot Topic for clothes for myself, which I wouldn't wear now being an old lady, but when I took the demons in there last week it was like walking back into time - those were the clothes that I wore as a teenager!

4. your goal? There you go again with a question that is so open ended. My goal for today is to get laundry done and not eat the entire box of doughnuts that I bought yesterday. Oh... and I'd like to wear a bikini this summer without everyone laughing at me.

6. where do you want to be in 6 years? Still alive, for one. Lets see, in 6 years I will no longer have kids in school (hopefully college though) so in 6 years I want to be able to get up with the husband and get in the semi with him without worrying about who is going to get the demons up for school.

Graphic Artist. I hate that title, but thats the closest name to what I am. My accountant put it on my taxes and I cringed.
